You’ll be the primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, help with enrollments, claims issues, and open enrollment activities while collaborating with Benefit Consultants, carriers, and vendor partners.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in employee benefits or HR, GA Life & Health license or ability to obtain, strong customer service, organization, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in employee benefits insurance or HR client service.
• Georgia Life & Health license or ability to obtain shortly after hire.
• Strong understanding of benefits plans, enrollment processes, and regulations.
• Exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefit inquiries.
• Resolve claims issues, appeals, and coverage concerns with carriers and vendors.
• Process enrollments, terminations, and eligibility changes accurately.
• Support open enrollment activities and required notices.
• Prepare stewardship reports and client materials with insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
