Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Retail Store Associate to join our team and help provide a compassionate health experience for customers. This role includes cashier duties, stocking, and assisting pharmacy staff, with opportunities for growth and participation in CVS services and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Preferred experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly and helping locate items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties including handling cash, checks and credit transactions.
• Restocking shelves and updating pricing; assisting with inventory as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Provide customer support to all departments including photo and beauty; ensure departments are stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in pharmacy shifts as opportunities arise.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support the company mission.
