JCFS Chicago seeks a People, Benefits and Culture Partner who supports employee benefits, leave of absence, and workplace accommodations while advancing DEI initiatives. You will be a trusted resource to employees and leaders, delivering timely, respectful, and solution-focused guidance in benefit and leave matters.

Working with People and Culture, payroll, vendors, and managers, you will ensure accurate communications, robust enrollment, and compliant leave administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Three or more years of progressive HR experience in benefits, leaves, and DEI initiatives.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate benefits enrollment, COBRA, and vendor communications.
• Administer leaves of absence and accommodation processes with empathy.
• Support DEI programs and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate benefit reports.
