A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A BENEFITS COORDINATOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

1. As an entry-level employee, you receive thorough job training that provides you with all the tools necessary for ultimate success.
2. Most of your day is spent on the phone engaged in inbound and outbound calling. You will be chatting with people on the phone and making personal connections, ensuring that every customer feels valued.

4. As a Benefits Coordinator / Customer Service Representative, you enjoy being able to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
5. Your organizational skills assist you in setting appointments.
6. You provide presentations for members of unions that request training on our benefits, basic computer knowledge, completing necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development. You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service.
