We have an amazing opportunity to work directly with our employees to inform them about our comprehensive benefits package and assist with enrollment. You may also help employees by arranging leaves of absences and coordinating with insurance companies regarding Colorado's FAMLI leave, disability, and other leave types.

What We Offer
  • Flexible, mostly remote, part-time work (~10-15 hours/month)

Your Responsibilities
  • Reconcile monthly benefits invoices for accuracy
  • Process enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS and insurance portals
  • Audit enrollments, request documentation for life events or additional info
  • Coordinate with carriers and HRIS reps to resolve EDI issues
  • Conduct benefits enrollment meetings for new eligible employees
  • Send notices complying with ERISA, COBRA, and other laws
  • Develop and maintain benefits communication materials on the intranet
  • Administer leaves of absence in accordance with applicable laws and programs (e.g., FMLA, disability, FAMLI, parental leave)
Requirements
  • Associate degree
  • At least 2 years of benefits administration experience
  • Ability to pass background checks and screenings
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS, administering leaves across multiple states, and conducting benefits enrollment meetings.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $25-$30, based on experience and skills.
