We’re looking for a Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team in Downingtown, PA!
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things employee benefits — health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and more. You’ll help employees understand their options, manage enrollments and changes, and keep our benefit programs running smoothly and in compliance with all regulations.

Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, etc.).
Assist employees with enrollment, eligibility, and day-to-day benefit questions.
Maintain accurate benefits records in HR systems.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws (ACA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA).
Communicate benefit updates clearly and effectively through meetings, email, or presentations.
Support HR leadership with benefit renewals, vendor management, and audits.
Analyze benefit usage and costs to support continuous improvement.
Contribute to wellness and employee engagement initiatives.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in benefits administration or human resources.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of benefits laws and best practices.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with benefits vendors and carriers.
Familiarity with benefits reporting and data analysis.
Customer service mindset with the ability to resolve employee inquiries effectively.
