Contract opportunity - 6 months - REMOTE
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Benefits analyst that can take on coordination of Benefits service requests tickets, supporting Annual enrollment
- Developing documentation on processes and procedures
- Building out the knowledgebase in ServiceNow
- Answering Benefits inquiries and/or routing them to the appropriate SME to answer
- Coordinate knowledge sharing to support succession planning and to meet future growth needs.
- Ensure that the Global H&W knowledge base is up to date and expired data is archived appropriately.
- Audit and analyze trends, utilization patterns that will provide insight to support data driven decisions and to show ROI
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum four (4) years related work experience showing progressively more complex responsibilities in a substantive and relevant professional HR benefits position; additional education in fields specifically related to the experience requirements listed above may offset qualifying experience
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build rapport over the phone
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service through active listening, patience, and respond with resolutions or actionable next steps
- Possess a high level of personal integrity with an emphasis on confidentiality and discretion in compliance with HIPAA
- Independently manage, prioritize, and complete projects that have competing priorities in a fast paced-high volume environment meeting required deadlines
- Ensure timely resolution of pending issues through effective follow-up and escalation
- Develop and upload knowledge management articles to ServiceNow
- Answer Annual enrollment questions and be a resource for employees
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
- Previous experience administering the Benefits, Auditing benefits and triaging benefits inquiries with vendors, the TPA and employees
- Served as the primary point of contact for employee and retiree inquiries regarding Health and Welfare benefits
- Previous experience with processing benefits accurately and in compliance communicating retirement benefit information
- Experience using SuccessFactors ADP, SAP, AlightWorkLife or equivalent HRIS for benefits administration

Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies:
- Education Level (Degree, Area of Study) – Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Years of Experience (if applicable): 4 years of experience in a benefits analyst role supporting a multi-state, large scale organization
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms (e.g., ADP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, UKG, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and compliance requirements.
- HR Analytics and auditing experience preferred.
Professional Certifications:
Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with HR communications, ability to develop documentation that can be used by team members, employees and managers, strong customer service skills. Solid understanding of employee benefits laws and compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
