Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of benefits administration experience; 5+ preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage FMLA, short-term disability, ADA and workers’ comp coordination.
• Lead annual FMLA/Workers’ Compensation training development.
• Oversee workers’ comp claims lifecycle and liaise with insurers and medical offices.
• Maintain OSHA logs and submit annual Bureau of Labor Statistics reports.
• Coordinate benefits onboarding, Open Enrollment, and ACA reporting.
• Administer leave balances, wage-loss benefit processes, and vendor invoicing.
