Job summary

Maddock & Associates in Washington state is seeking an experienced Benefits Broker to join our employee benefits team. You will work directly with employer clients to understand their needs, review options, support renewals, and provide practical recommendations throughout the year.

A strong candidate will have experience in employee benefits or brokerage, knowledge of group health programs, excellent communication, and an active insurance license (or ability to obtain one).

• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Meet sales and growth goals while maintaining accurate activity records.
• Advising employers on employee benefits strategy and plan options.
• Supporting renewals, open enrollment, implementation, and ongoing service needs.
• Working with carriers and vendor partners to evaluate coverage solutions.
• Presenting recommendations in a clear, helpful, and professional way.
• Staying current on market trends, carrier updates, and compliance considerations.
• Collaborating with the Maddock team to provide reliable client support.

What You’ll Do
