• Document verification and authorization details in the EMR/practice management system.
• Track authorization expirations and visit limits, notifying staff as needed.
• Collaborate with front-desk, billing, and clinical teams to support clean claims and reduce denials.
• Respond to insurance and patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
