HDR, an employee‑owned company, is hiring a Benefits Assistant to support U.S. and Canada benefits programs. You will partner with employees, HR partners, and vendors to ensure accurate, efficient service across retirement, health, and welfare plans.

In the role of Benefits Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting HDR’s comprehensive employee benefits programs across the U.S. and Canada. You will be a trusted resource for employees, HR partners, and benefit vendors, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service throughout every interaction. We’ll count on you to:
