You will support customers, ensuring accuracy and high-quality service while using CRM tools in a hybrid/in-office/remote setting. This is a seasonal/temporary, hourly, non-exempt role with production incentives.

We are seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to support individuals as they navigate health insurance options through education, enrollment assistance, and ongoing communication. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource to consumers, helping them make informed decisions while delivering a high-quality customer experience that reflects Milliman's values at every interaction.

This position is in office, hybrid, or remote. In office or hybrid work will be at the Milliman Omaha office.
Milliman Omaha offers a business casual, professional office environment located at 180th & Dodge, where employees work alongside a collaborative team of approximately 75 professionals.
The hourly pay range for this role is $15.00 - $25.00, depending on relevant factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, and other business considerations.
This role also includes production-based incentives tied to two primary activities:
Meetings with individuals to consult and educate on health insurance options. These typically take approximately 45 minutes.
Completion of insurance applications with carriers. These typically take approximately 15-20 minutes.
