The Arizona Department of Economic Security is seeking an on-site Benefits and Eligibility Specialist (Eligibility Interviewer) in Flagstaff. You will determine eligibility for Nutrition Assistance, Medical Assistance, and Cash Assistance, while delivering excellent customer service to Arizonans in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires engaging with clients, collecting information, and executing interviews with data entry across multiple screens, under agency standards.

State employees are required to participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS), the State sponsored retirement contribution plan and the Long-Term Disability (LTD) program after a 27-week waiting period.
