This 2–3 month contract role as an Interim Benefits Analyst is focused on Open Enrollment preparation. Candidates who prefer part-time (20–30 hours/week) can focus solely on OE support, while those seeking full-time hours will also assist with general benefits administration. You'll work directly with HR leadership and their benefits broker to ensure a successful OE season.
Worksite Location: Hybrid — ideally onsite a few days per week, especially early in the assignment. Princeton, MN.
Salary Range: $35-$45/hr, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare UKG system and module setup for OE
- Partner with an external benefits broker on self-insured plans and premium equivalents
- Support the benefits presentation development
- Assist with benefits administration tasks (for full-time candidates)
- Collaborate with HR leadership and the internal team to meet OE deadlines
Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in benefits administration and Open Enrollment
- Strong PowerPoint skills for presentation support
- Experience working with or around UKG (preferred)
- Familiarity with self-insured medical plans and working with brokers
- Ability to be on-site part of the week, especially at the start of the assignment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
