Benefits Analyst (Businessolver) -- Fully remote (100%)

Position Overview:
iitjobs is seeking a skilled Benefits Analyst with strong expertise in Businessolver, Employee Benefits, Open Enrollment, and Benefits communication. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of SDLC disciplines—from gathering requirements to testing and deployment—along with exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for benefits-related activities, ensuring smooth administration and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Manage and support Open Enrollment processes and benefits communication initiatives (Businessolver, Bswift).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, track changes, and oversee the movement of code through the SDLC process.
  • Conduct benefits testing to ensure system accuracy and data integrity.
  • Maintain and update HRIS & benefits systems (Businessolver, ADP, Lawson, SAGE).
  • Provide employee support and resolve benefits-related queries.
