Summit School Services is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join the Benefits Team at our Warrenville, IL corporate offices. The role focuses on administration, reporting, analysis, and reconciliation of benefits and leave programs, partnering with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to deliver actionable operational reports.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proficient in Excel, and comfortable working with large datasets. The position is hybrid (2 days in office per week) in Warrenville, IL.

The Benefits Analyst is a key contributor within the Benefits Team. This role is responsible for supporting the administration, reporting, analysis, and reconciliation of benefits and leave programs. This role partners closely with HR Directors, General Managers, Payroll, HRIS, and external vendors to develop accurate and meaningful operational reporting, identify trends, resolve data discrepancies, recommend fixes and automate processes as well as support compliance.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, advanced in Excel, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to independently navigate vendor reporting platforms to build actionable reporting solutions. The position is located at corporate offices in Warrenville, IL (Hybrid work schedule – 2 days in office per week).
The base salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
