Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Benefits Analyst to administer, analyze, and optimize US employee benefits programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.

The role supports health, retirement, disability, leave, and wellness initiatives, with emphasis on data-driven insights and vendor coordination in a hybrid/remote environment across Richmond, VA or Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex benefits data and model cost scenarios.
  • Attention to detail for accurate calculations and compliance tracking.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll and benefits software such as UKG, ADP, or Workday.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with employees, HR teams, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of benefits laws and regulations to maintain compliance and anticipate legislative changes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR, finance, and management teams to implement strategic benefits initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local laws, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and ADA.

  • Administer benefits enrollment and claims processes, including leave-of-absence and workers’ compensation coordination.
  • Prepare communication materials and conduct employee briefings on benefits programs and policy changes and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Conduct audits and reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance and cost management.

About The Role:

The Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration and evaluation of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, leave programs and wellness initiatives. Their duties typically include:
