Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC. in Concord, NC is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to assist in administering health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support employees on benefit-related issues.

This on-site role reports to the Benefits Manager at our Corporate Headquarters. You will process enrollments for new employees, handle changes, respond to inquiries, maintain records in UKG HRIS, and coordinate with benefit providers to keep

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related benefits experience.
• Understanding of employee benefits.
• Knowledge of FMLA required.
• Knowledge of ADA, COBRA, ACA, AND HIPPA preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and proficiency in verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollments for new employees and changes for current employees.
• Respond to benefits inquiries with forms, instructions, and enrollment materials.
• Perform data entry to maintain accurate records in the benefits system.
• Coordinate with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with responding to employee inquiries and provide forms for FMLA leave.
• Manage eligibility and collection of premiums for employees on leave.
• Process court-ordered medical support notices.
• Crosstrain and back up other benefit functions as directed.

What You Should Know

As Benefits Analyst, you will assist in the administration of the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits. • -Assist with responding to employee inquiries and provide appropriate forms for FMLA leave.
• -Manage benefit eligibility and collection of premiums for team members out on leave of absence.
• -Process court ordered medical support notices.
• -Crosstrain and serve as backup to other benefit functions as directed by department management.
