Our Benefits Advisors assist union employees, existing clienteles, and new members in understanding voluntary group benefits and insurance options, as well as signing up qualified candidates during the annual enrollment period. Responsibilities:

1. Explain insurance policies to new employees and existing clients via Zoom.
2. Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs.
3. Specialize in mortgage protection, final expense, college education, paycheck protection, etc.
4. Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
5. Expand business reach through networking techniques.
6. Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
7. Track and identify areas for improvement.
8. Attend ongoing training sessions.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in customer service, customer representative, or related HR fields is a plus.
2. Ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Strong negotiation skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
