Hub International in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to serve employer benefits clients, guiding pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes and delivering exceptional client service.

You will work within a service team including Account Managers, Account Executives, Coordinators and analysts, coordinating with consultants and sales producers to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee benefits experience.
• Experience with self-funded plans a plus.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish helpful.
• Texas Life & Health license required within 60 days of employment.

You will be responsible for serving Benefits clients, including both client companies and their employees. Working within a service team of Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, and others, along with consultants/sales producers, the Benefits Account Manager plays a key role in delivering a client experience that achieves the quality and service standards developed by the agency. The Benefits Account Manager is responsible for leading pre-renewal, renewal and enrollment processes and serving as a resource to clients on daily service needs, current market conditions, and regulatory changes. The position also requires timely and accurate documentation in agency management systems.**Qualifications*** 2+ years of employee benefits experience, to include group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products* Experience with self-funded plan a plus* Well versed in customer service* Excellent verbal and written communications* Proficient in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe.
