Pay Range: $27.47 - $38.81 per hour

The Benefit Specialist administers comprehensive employee benefit programs for employees to care for their health and well-being, plan for financial security, enhance their individual growth and maintain a work/life balance. He/She processes benefit enrollments, qualifying life events and assists with open enrollment. They provide guidance for the Leave of Absence benefits.
