What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of employee benefits initiatives
- Oversee staffing decisions, including onboarding and workforce planning, while managing departmental budgets

- Lead service recovery efforts and drive process improvements to enhance service quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or related field of study preferred; experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- 5-7 years of experience in benefit operations or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a management role
- Strong decision-making and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
