Job summary

Vitality Medicare Solutions LLC is hiring a Benefit Activation Specialist to support our sales agents and ensure a seamless post-enrollment experience for Medicare clients.

The role involves guiding TPV steps, lead retention, and benefit activation, with outbound/inbound calls, emails, and SMS to welcome new members, explain plan benefits, and assist with navigation. This is a full-time, fully remote position with company equipment and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support sales agents by facilitating and completing third‑party verification (TPV) steps with Medicare clients
• Lead retention and benefit activation initiatives, including proactive outreach to newly enrolled clients
• Conduct outbound welcome calls, benefit activation calls, and follow‑up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Provide inbound support for clients needing assistance with plan navigation, benefit questions, or next steps after enrollment
• Send email and SMS communications to clients as needed for reminders, confirmations, and benefit education
• Deliver clear, compliant explanations of Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, ancillary products, and life insurance benefits
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions within company systems
• Collaborate closely with sales agents, retention teams, and leadership to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
• Uphold all CMS, carrier, and company compliance standards during every interaction
• Represent Vitality Medicare Solutions with professionalism, empathy, and a client‑first mindset

Benefit Activation Specialist

Full Time · Remote · $18 to $20/hr + Annual Bonus Eligibility

The Benefit Activation Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our sales agents and ensuring a seamless post-enrollment experience for Medicare clients. You will assist with third-party verification (TPV) processes, lead retention and benefit activation initiatives, and serve as a trusted resource for clients who need help navigating their new Medicare or ancillary insurance plans. This role blends customer service, administrative support, and outbound and inbound communication. Specialists engage clients by phone, email, and SMS to welcome them to Vitality Medicare Solutions, reinforce their plan benefits, and answer common navigational questions.

Hourly pay of $18 to $20 per hour based on experience, plus annual performance bonus eligibility.

Full time and fully remote, with company‑provided equipment, ongoing training, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
