Job summary

Hennig Inc. is seeking a skilled bending technician to set up and operate CNC and manual bending machines to produce parts to specification. The role involves changing tooling, uploading programs, and adjusting operations for efficiency.

You will perform first-piece and in-process inspections, troubleshoot issues, and carry out routine maintenance to keep equipment safe and productive. Proficiency with precision measuring tools and basic math is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret computerized blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience with precision forming, bending, and folding operations.
• Proficient in the use of measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, protractors, and tape measures.
• Basic math skills required, including addition and subtraction.

• Change tooling and dies as required for each job.
