Qualifications

• Active Oregon esthetician license required.
• Experience providing professional esthetic treatments and personalized skincare recommendations.
• Experience in luxury, hospitality-focused or patient-centered environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized skin consultations and assess patient goals.
• Develop customized treatment plans and skincare recommendations.
• Perform esthetic treatments within Oregon licensure and Skin by Lovely protocols.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through education and follow-up.
• Provide Lovely Facials, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, and related services.

Skin by Lovely is seeking an Esthetician to join our growing team at our new Bend, Oregon location! This role is ideal for a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skin health, medical aesthetics and creating thoughtful, personalized treatment experiences for every patient.

The Skin by Lovely Esthetician will play an important role in helping patients achieve their individual skin goals through customized treatment plans, education and results-driven aesthetic services. Our Estheticians take the time to understand each patient’s skin, lifestyle and goals, creating an experience that feels personal from the very first visit.

As part of the launch of our Bend practice, this position offers an exciting opportunity to help build meaningful patient relationships, establish Skin by Lovely within the Central Oregon community and grow alongside the practice.

The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of skin health, exceptional communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient care. They approach every patient with curiosity, care and attention to what makes them feel most like themselves.

Through our sister company, InjectionU, and the support of other educational providers, we are also able to act as an educational center by providing comprehensive, hands-on training for health care providers new to medical aesthetics, including newly hired Skin by Lovely Injection Specialists.

Education & Experience:

• Active Oregon Esthetician or Advanced Esthetician license
• Experience providing professional esthetic treatments and personalized skincare recommendations
• Experience working in a luxury, hospitality-focused or patient-centered environment preferred

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Possesses strong knowledge of skin health, skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
• Ability to assess individual patient needs and develop thoughtful, personalized treatment recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Injection Specialists, Leadership and the broader Skin by Lovely team.
• Comfortable contributing to the growth of a new practice and building relationships within the Bend community.
• Commitment to ongoing education, training and professional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct personalized skin consultations and assess individual patient goals and concerns.
• Develop customized treatment plans and skincare recommendations based on each patient’s needs.
• Perform esthetic treatments within applicable Oregon licensure and Skin by Lovely protocols.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through thoughtful follow-up, education and continuity of care.
• Perform customized Lovely Facials, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Lymphatic Massage and Red Light Therapy within the scope of applicable licensure.
