Job summary

Robinhood is building the future of finance from New York. We’re seeking a Benchmarking & Strategy Manager to shape vision and execution across our core platforms, products, and customer experiences.

You’ll partner with cross‑functional leaders, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and raise the bar for strategic thinking. This role is based in New York, with in‑person attendance expected at least five days per week.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field and three years of experience.
  • Data Analysis: Leveraging competitive data to inform and influence business decisions
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on strategic goals
  • Output/Presentation: Produce executive research reports based on analysis of industry benchmarks
  • Project Management: Manage and deliver on end‑to‑end market analysis and assessment
  • Background checks required

Responsibilities

  • Support and program manage cross‑cutting, months‑long operational improvement projects.
  • Gather and organize information about the problems to be solved or the procedures to be improved.
  • Make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.

You’ll take on a highly influential role shaping vision and execution across key strategic initiatives. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders, contribute to high-impact decisions, guide complex projects from concept to completion, and mentor others on the team. This is a role for someone who leverages modern tools and cutting‑edge methodologies as a core part of how they solve problems, and raises the bar for everyone around them.

This role is based in our New York, NY, with in‑person attendance expected at least five days per week.

What you’ll do

Supporting and program manage cross‑cutting, months‑long operational improvement projects that will increase business efficiency and reduce risk. Gathering and organizing informationabout the problems to be solved or the procedures to be improved. Making recommendations to management through presentations or written reports. Interviewing personnel and conductonsite observations to determine the methods, equipment, and personnel that will be needed. Managing cross‑functional processes with leaders and executives across the company toensure key decisions, major projects, and business outcomes are successful. Partnering closely with Internal Communications, Finance, Learning & Development, and other BusinessOperations teammates to facilitate company‑wide processes. Conferring with managers to ensure changes are working. Evaluating new business opportunities and help support our 3–5-year strategic plan. Telecommuting permitted.

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field and three years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
  • Education and/or experience must include:
    • Data Analysis: Leveraging competitive data to inform and influence business decisions
    • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on strategic goals

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to the corresponding compensation zone.

Base Pay Range:

$101,816 - $160,000 per year
