Cashman Equipment Co. is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to install, maintain, and support technology equipment in the heavy earth moving and mining industry. This role involves working closely with customers, account managers, and product support representatives to ensure the successful operation of technology products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Install, support, and maintain technology equipment for the heavy earth moving and mining industry. Ensure support agreements are maintained and executed in a professional manner through regular scheduled maintenance and repair. Develop an open line of communications with key operational and management personnel that ensures a successful relationship with our customers. Assist account managers and product support reps with the sale and promotion of technology products. Promote supported manufacturers product as to increase the overall efficiency of the mine or earth moving operation. Help promote SITECH Southwest and Empire as a leader in the field and ensuring maximum market share by promoting the team concept through professionalism and technical expertise.
