Job summary

Scientific Games, LLC is seeking an In-House Service/Repair Technician to service and repair company products at our Phoenix repair site. You will diagnose mechanical, hardware, and software failures using established procedures and calibrate repaired equipment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Overnight travel may be required occasionally, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maintaining quality standards.

  • Perform in-house servicing and repair of company products at repair site or service center.

  • Assist in reports analyzing product failure trends and service issues.
  • Coordinate with field technicians for diagnostics while minimizing customer downtime.

Position Summary Immediate need for an In-House Service/Repair Technician: Performs in-house servicing and repair of company products at established company repair site or service center. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures. Performs maintenance, testing and calibration of repaired products. May assist in reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues. Will communicate with field-based technicians for details helpful to failure diagnostics or repair, but generally without direct client contact. Proven self-starter with motivation and ability Great organization and time management skills that allow you to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and promptly Strong judgement and problem solving skills to determine most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime Ability to identify product failure trends and service ability issues Ability to lift, install and move large self-service equipment (Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds) Ability to drive a non-CDL delivery truck. Pass background check, DOT certification and drug test Ability to be self-organized and driven to maintain parts inventory. Work within a team environment Experience with with basic hand tools. Some over-night stay maybe required.
