Position Overview

We are seeking to expand our team of industry-leading Store Managers. The main responsibilities include overseeing retail operations, managing staff, achieving sales and safety goals, and ensuring excellent customer service. Using a hands-on approach, the Store Manager runs a vital business unit that is the lifeblood of our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities & Minimum Qualifications

• Possess a high drive for operational excellence with experience in grocery retail specifically.

• Ability to travel up to one hour each way from your residence.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in grocery retail or related fields.
• Understanding of merchandising, operations, service, supply chain, inventory, and sales.
