Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, seeks a Senior Director of Food and Nutrition to lead dining services for hospitals. Charleston-based role with relocation assistance and a $90k–$100k salary range.

You will direct daily operations, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver exceptional patient and staff dining experiences. Ideal candidates have director-level contract foodservice experience, 5+ years of leadership, and strong P&L knowledge.

Qualifications

• Director-level experience in contract foodservice or hospital Food and Nutrition Services.
• At least five years of proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operations management, including purchasing and inventory control.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
• Strong knowledge of food production, catering, sanitation and cost controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• A proactive, approachable leadership style with strong communication and team‑building skills.

We’re looking for candidates who have led contract foodservice operations at the Director level or served as a Director of Food and Nutrition within a hospital. If you know how to build a strong team, deliver quality food and earn a client’s trust, we want to hear from you.

As Senior Director of Dining Services, you’ll lead daily foodservice operations, manage financial performance and develop your team. You’ll be a visible, hands‑on leader who sets clear expectations and keeps service moving forward.
