Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Director of Dining Services in Charleston, SC. The role pays $90,000–$100,000 with relocation assistance available, and reports to RDO.

As Senior Director, you will lead daily dining operations across contracts, drive financial performance, and mentor a large team to deliver high-quality patient and guest experiences in hospital settings.

Qualifications

• Director-level experience in contract foodservice or hospital Food and Nutrition Services.
• At least five years of proven leadership experience.
• Two to four years of direct foodservice operations management, including purchasing and inventory control.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L performance.
• Strong knowledge of food production, catering, sanitation and cost controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• A proactive, approachable leadership style with strong communication and team‑building skills.
