Job Description

The qualified candidate will join Pfizer’s Bioassay and Impurities Testing group, part of the Analytical R&D organization in Chesterfield, MO, supporting the development of biological therapeutics.

Key Features:

• Develop analytical methodologies (ELISA, qPCR) to advance biotherapeutic products.
• Work within a highly matrixed team on modalities including vaccines, viral constructs, therapeutic proteins, and monoclonal antibodies.
• Perform sample testing, method development, and qualification in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with ELISA and DNA techniques (qPCR).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to understand and follow SOPs.
• Experience in a cGMP environment and with LIMS is preferred but not required.
• Accurate pipetting, attention to detail, quick learner, and ability to work in a matrixed environment.
