Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Start as an Apprentice Jeweler and work toward becoming a Bench Jeweler, with opportunities to advance from beginner to artisan within a promote-from-within environment.

We offer Jewelers training programs and continuous learning to advance skills from entry level to experienced status, including CAD/CAM design work and custom pieces. A strong customer-first mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler experience in skilled trades with fine metals.
• Pass bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation.
• Customer service minded with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform chain and clasp repairs and stone setting tasks.
• Repair prongs and re-tip as needed to restore settings.
• Create stone mountings and perform metal fabrication.
• Carry out wax carving, casting, and basic fabrication work.
• Assist with custom design and CAD/CAM design projects.
