Job summary

Signet Jewelers is hiring entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You may start as an Apprentice Jeweler, completing administrative tasks and polishing, and progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a Customer-First experience and provide jewelry design and repair services.
• Perform bench repairs including stone setting, prong work, and mounting customization.
• Assist with crafting and fabricating pieces from design to finish.
