Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. Start as an Apprentice Jeweler and progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within environment.

We offer specialized training programs to advance skills from basic tasks to advanced jewelry design and repair. Our teams focus on delivering a Customer-First experience with design and repair services, including stone setting, sizing, polishing, and custom jewelry

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler or relevant experience in skilled trades with fine metals.
• Pass a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service mindset with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair jewelry parts as needed (chain, clasps, prongs, rings).
• Set stones and create stone mountings.
• Perform channel and platinum rebuilds.
• Wax carving, fabrication and casting.
• Custom design and creation of pieces; CAD/CAM design work.
