Signet Jewelers invites entry-level Jewelers and skilled artisans to join our Field Design & Service Center teams in the United States. Applicants can start as Apprentice Jeweler, handling administrative tasks and polishing, with a path to become a Bench Jeweler through our promote-from-within program.

We value talent in stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair, offering training to advance from beginner to artisan.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.

Responsibilities

• Restore jewelry to its original beauty and design custom pieces when needed.
• Work within the Design & Service Center to deliver a Customer-First experience.
• Assist with stone setting, polishing, repairs, and fabrication tasks as required.
• Participate in ongoing training and promotion-from-within opportunities.
