Job summary

Signet Jewelers is hiring for Field Design & Service Center roles in the United States. Start as an Apprentice Jeweler and advance toward Bench Jeweler through our training and promotion-from-within programs.

We welcome candidates with knowledge of polishing, stone setting, sizing, and jewelry repair; experienced jewelers are also encouraged to apply. The team offers a competitive pay range and full-time hours with overtime seasonally.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Bench jeweler or relevant experience in skilled trades with fine metals.
• Ability to pass a bench test to assess current level.
• Quality-focused with strong attention to detail and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform chain and clasp repairs, re-tipping prongs, and stone setting.
• Create stone mountings, fabricate pieces, and design custom jewelry.
• Support CAD/CAM design work and maintain high workmanship standards.
