Signet Jewelers Limited invites candidates to join our Field Design & Service Center Team as entry-level Jewelers with growth opportunities. Start by administrative tasks and polishing, advancing toward bench/jeweler roles through on-the-job training and internal promotions.

We seek individuals with stone setting, sizing, polishing and repair knowledge, ready to progress from beginner to artisan in a supportive, development-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-service mindset with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time equals 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support jewelry repair and fabrication tasks in a design/service center.
• Assist with chain and prong work, stone setting, and mounting.
• Contribute to custom design and creation of pieces as skill allows.
