Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You will start as an Apprentice Jeweler, completing administrative/clerical tasks and polishing jewelry, and progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

Our team offers training programs and continuous learning to advance skills from entry level to artisan, with a promote-from-within environment. This on-site role emphasizes customer-first service and high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years Bench Jeweler experience in skilled trades with fine metals.
• Pass bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer-first jewelry design and repair services.
• Repair and restore jewelry to original beauty, including stone setting and mounting.
• Operate bench tools with precision and maintain quality standards.
