BENCH JEWELER

Todd Reed, Inc. – Boulder, CO (Full-Time, On-Site)

Position Overview

Todd Reed, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bench Jeweler to join our Boulder studio. This position is responsible for high-end fabrication, detailed assembly, stone setting, and finishing. The role includes both repair and alteration work, as well as the fabrication of new designs. The ideal candidate is clean, organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented, with excellent eyesight, strong hand skills, and the ability to accurately read and transfer measurements.

This is a full-time, exempt position in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment where craftsmanship, problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to excellence are highly valued.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of five years of professional bench jewelry experience.
• Excellent skills and efficiency in filing, sawing, forging, drilling, measuring, soldering, welding, layout, stone setting (including flush, bead, thick bezel, thin bezel, channel, and gypsy), tool maintenance, and detailed finishing work.
• Bonus skills include hand engraving, laser welding and engraving, and familiarity with a lathe.

Additional Information

• Full-time, exempt, on-site position based in Boulder, Colorado.
• Work requires prolonged bench work, close visual inspection, and the safe and precise use of jewelry tools and equipment.
