Bench Assistant Director of Housekeeping, Resorts

Location: Holiday Inn Club Vacations Inc. Tahoe Ridge Resort, Stateline, NV. Pay Rate: $60,000 per year. The position requires relocation after training and offers promotion opportunities within two years.

Responsibilities

• Be open-minded and ready to learn from manager and team members
• Provide leadership that supports a team environment fostering morale, passion, quality, and respect
• Lead and manage team member training, development, assignments, and schedules
• Perform daily inspections and assessments; coach and counsel team members
• Recruit team members who reflect our values and create a positive work environment that supports retention
• Communicate with resort and company leadership to set expectations and achieve goals
• Analyze data and make adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals

• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software
• Willingness to relocate for promotion opportunities
• Experience in the hospitality industry (optional but preferred)
• Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish (optional)
• Ability to manage a team
