The role requires reading shop drawings, following cut lists, and collaborating with the project lead to manage materials and labor costs. Typical schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm, with extended hours during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year minimum experience in woodworking or cabinet shop.
• Ability to read shop drawings and work from cut lists.
• Proficiency with Table Saw, Band Saw, Joiner, Planer.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough assembly of product on a bench per schedules and timelines.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and work from cut lists.
• Collaborate with project lead to meet production goals and control costs.
• Maintain a safe, neat workspace with organized materials and tools.
• Perform related duties or special projects as assigned.
