Express Wash Concepts LLC in Waterford, Michigan is seeking an Assistant Site Manager at Clean Express Auto Wash. Earn $22.00 per hour with incentives based on site performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train.

You will also focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products to existing customers!
