Job summary

Glanbia Dairy Nutrition is seeking a Production Team Leader at the Twin Falls Plant to oversee cheddar cheese production and ensure product quality. The role will monitor CIP processes, supervise operators, and maintain safety and food safety standards on shift.

Responsibilities

• Test acid and pH on cheese.

• Safely handle, measure, mix, and dispose of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals used in CIP per SDS and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Performs necessary tasks to make the CheddarMaster machines produce a product that meets quality standards.

Essential Functions

• Test acid and pH on cheese
• Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
• Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates (Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Admin, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance)
• Safely handle, measure, mix, and dispose of cleaning and sanitizing chemicals used in the Clean-In-Place (CIP) process in accordance with established procedures, safety data sheets (SDS), and company safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned
