Job Summary

Monitor belt operations to ensure the equipment is working accordingly to produce cheese that meets high quality standards.

Essential Functions

• Effectively perform in this key role in the Gooding Cheese Plant and maintain quality and throughput standards
• Maintain records and paperwork accurately
• Take samples in a timely manner
• Communicate regularly with shift supervisor and lead person
• Ensure cheese quality meets customer specifications
• Make changes to belt times as needed or as instructed
• Stay current with SOPs as equipment and process change
• Each employee shall comply with occupational safety and health standards and all rules, regulations, and orders issued pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act which are applicable to his/her own actions and conduct.
• Complies with all applicable food safety regulations and mandates (Safe Quality Foods, Food and Drug Admin, Pasteurized Milk Ordinance)
• Perform other duties as assigned
