Job summary

Paycom in Willoughby, OH is seeking a Production Team Member – Belt Furnace Operator to support the manufacturing line. You will transport parts, inspect them for defects, load materials onto the furnace belt and monitor furnace operations according to Shop Orders.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain a forklift certification; at least 3 months of experience is preferred. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport parts to staging area using forklifts, hoists or pallet jacks.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and position fixtures and parts.
• Load parts on furnace belt per Shop Order.
• Monitor furnace and adjust process variables (temperature, belt speed, hydrogen flow, current).
• Maintain traceability of all orders.
• Unload parts after processing per Shop Order.
• Communicate production problems to supervisor or operator.
