Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Northeast Florida is seeking a dedicated Bell Staff member to assist guests during check-in/out, escort guests to rooms, and fulfill service requests with care and courtesy.

Requirements include previous hotel experience and a valid Driver’s License. The role requires physical ability to lift luggage and work outdoors in all weather. Benefits include comprehensive medical plans and a 401K; top pay and 5-diamond training are offered.

• Assist the Chief of Service or Bell Captain with the uniform bell service, escorting guests during check-in and check-out, and addressing guest needs.
• Ensure guests know where items are located in the room and how equipment operates.

Training and Experience

Previous hotel experience; 5-Diamond experience preferred. Valid Driver’s License required.

Job Knowledge

Working knowledge of common courtesy rules. Previous hotel/resort background preferred.

Job Summary

Assist the Chief of Service or Bell Captain with the uniform bell service, escorting guests checking in and out, and providing service and other guests needs as requested. Insuring the guests know where everything is located in the room and how it operates.

Physical Abilities

Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions, assisting guests; and be able to remove luggage from vehicles and carry 50 pounds upstairs to guest’s rooms.
