Hilton in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Bellperson/Shuttle Driver to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and transport guests within the property. This role emphasizes hospitality and guest comfort in a fast-paced hotel setting.

You will work evenings (4pm–midnight) and contribute to an exceptional guest experience while adhering to Hilton standards and safety practices. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that's exactly what you'll do every time you come to work! As a Bellperson/Shuttle Driver, you're not just assisting guests with transporting and storing luggage and transporting guests in the shuttle – you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
• Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
• Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
• Evenings - 4pm - midnight
• $16 per hour
