Job summary

Hilton is hiring a Bellperson in New Orleans, LA. You will greet and escort guests, help with luggage, and familiarize them with rooms and amenities, delivering the light and warmth of hospitality. You’ll operate guest transport and keep equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests: greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
• Handle luggage with care: retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
• Assist with guest transport: operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Maintain equipment standards: keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
