Work Location: DoubleTree Boston Downtown, 821 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02111

A Bellperson is responsible for transferring and storing luggage and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals.

What will I be doing?

  • Greet and escort guests to and from their accommodations
  • Retrieve and transport guest luggage
  • Inspect guest rooms and familiarize guests with their features
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
  • Organize and store luggage according to guidelines
  • Communicate relevant guest feedback to management
  • Deliver messages and faxes throughout the day
  • Assist with room moves, luggage deliveries, and front door duties
  • Drive designated vehicles for guest transportation, including to the airport
  • Assist in maintaining equipment and ensuring its proper functioning
